The Canary Islands – A Paradise for Hikers
Island-Hopping in the Canaries
The Canary Islands are known for their beaches, but they are also a haven for hikers. During my two-month island-hopping adventure in the Canaries, I explored numerous hiking trails. While I missed out on some islands, like El Hierro, I had the opportunity to discover the diverse landscapes of the Canaries. If you’re planning a hiking holiday, I recommend visiting La Palma and La Gomera for their varied trails and less developed areas. However, there are fantastic hikes all over the Canaries.
